1. Description of Service

PlusB provides an AI workspace that may include chat, content generation, automation, summarization, file handling, research, memory features, and optional third-party integrations such as Gmail and Google Calendar.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure
• You are responsible for activities that occur through your account
• You must use PlusB only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms

3. AI-Generated Output and User Responsibility

• PlusB does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice
• You are responsible for your prompts, uploaded content, instructions, and downstream use of generated output

4. Gmail and Google Calendar Integrations

PlusB may allow you to connect Gmail and Google Calendar. By connecting a Google account, you authorize PlusB to access and use the approved scopes solely to provide the features you request.

• For Gmail, this may include reading message data, generating summaries, drafting replies, sending messages, and organizing or moving messages when you instruct PlusB to do so
• For Google Calendar, this may include listing events, generating summaries, creating events, updating events, and deleting events when you instruct PlusB to do so
• You are responsible for reviewing actions before confirmation where the product asks for confirmation
• You may disconnect Google integrations at any time from your PlusB account or through your Google account permissions
• You may only connect accounts that you are authorized to access and control

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use PlusB to:

• Violate law or infringe the rights of others
• Generate, send, or facilitate malware, phishing, spam, fraud, harassment, or other harmful conduct
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, safety systems, or technical restrictions
• Access Gmail, Calendar, or any other third-party data without authorization
• Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair PlusB or its providers

7. Billing, Credits, and Cancellation

• Paid plans, credits, and pricing are described on the PlusB website or in-product at the time of purchase
• Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle
• You may cancel future renewals at any time, but charges already incurred are generally non-refundable except where required by law or an applicable refund policy
• Feature limits, rate limits, and usage quotas may apply to both free and paid plans

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to PlusB if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security risk, misused connected services, or exposed PlusB, our users, or third parties to harm or liability.

9. Disclaimers

PlusB is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that outputs will always be accurate, complete, or fit for your intended purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlusB and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
